Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

● ¼ cup organic Rolled Oats

● ½ cup unsweetend Milk of choice, nutrition information based on Oat Milk

● 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

● 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds

● 1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds

● 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

● 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice 

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Combine oats and milk in a jar and stir to combine.

2. Stir in pumpkin, chia seeds, flax seeds and spices. Shake well to combine and refrigerate overnight.

3. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Eat as is or garnish with more spices, nuts and seeds of your choice.
