    I take a balanced approach to nutrition. I’m a busy mom who knows your energy and time for putting dinner on the table is sometimes limited. I like to focus on easy dishes with the right nutrition to power your body, with the option to add some decadence when you want a treat or have a little more time.

    I can help you design a nutrition plan customized for you, and help you stick to it with great recipe ideas.
