Hi! I’m Chrystie and I’m a wellness fanatic. I spent the first few decades of my adult life in a corporate job, helping people save for their financial futures. When it became clear I needed a change, I thought about how much I liked helping people, and how much I enjoy fitness and wellness. I pivoted to doing this for my career and am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

I’m a Eugene transplant. My family moved here from Seattle in 2018 for an improved quality of life. My husband grew up in Eugene and we decided it was the place where we wanted our kids to grow up. I love it here and all the great people in town.

Personal Training

I run a private personal training business where I train people at my home gym or yours. I also train members at the Downtown Athletic Club and the Eugene Country Club.

My focus is functional fitness with an emphasis on balanced muscle groups and mobility. I work with my clients on strength, agility, balance and weight loss.

Nutrition Coaching

Food is such an important part of wellness, and something that’s so difficult to balance in our busy lives. Sometimes we eat too much, sometimes too little. And how do we get all of the macro and micronutrients your body needs? I can help!

My nutrition coaching includes meal planning strategies, how to structure nutrition for your needs, and advice on where to find easy, healthy, and delicious recipes. I can help set macros to meet your goals, how to find micronutrients in your environment and making realistic caloric limits.

Intuitive eating and accountability are the keys! Yes, you can still have a treat…. but everything in moderation.

 

Live Healthy

I share tips here around exercise, nutrition, and just general life outlook. I try to be a source of positivity for my clients as well as everyone else in my life!
