Nutrition provides a clear understanding of what to eat and when to eat it. Our goals are to fill nutritional gaps, increase lean body mass, decrease fat and improve your metabolism!
The focus is healthy choices, moderation, timing, and understanding nutrition density. We also focus on learning specific and more individualized macronutrient timing. You will have more structure and learn ratios for lean proteins, healthy fats, and the ranges of glycemic carbohydrates.
As your energy expenditure increases, nutrition will increase to support, replenish and fuel your body. This method allows you to eat more and enjoy a healthy relationship with food. Long term results are due to proper fueling of your body along with increases in lean muscle density and preservation of that muscle.
Exercise such as weightlifting and cardio workouts can amplify your results. You will be surprised at how quickly your body responds with proper nutrition and exercise!
WEEK 1
Prepare your mindset and your meals.
This plan is simple and straight forward with a focus on intentional wellness. Each week your nutrition plan is explained so you will know what to expect.
WEEK 2
Increase your energy output.
This is where you start to kick up your cardio and strength training to increase your burn! Water consumption increases this week too.
WEEK 3
Consistency and timing.
We will continue to increase calories in the evening and turn up the burn on your nutrition.
WEEK 4
Turn up the intensity and finish strong.
We add fruit this week and more food at appropriate times in the day. You’re almost there!
